Mara Lee Vacation Rentals... Destin, Florida

We are family oriented and will not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under age 25). A reservation/security deposit ( $200 for condos, $350 for homes), is due upon booking a reservation by a personal check, cashier's check or money order. No credit cards are accepted for thereservation/security deposit. In addition to the rental rate, a $60 processing fee and an exit cleaning fee are added to the invoice. The exit cleaning fees are: $110 and $120 for condo cleaning fees, and $130, $140, and $165 for home cleaning fees. Monthly snowbird housekeeping services/fee required. Florida 12% tax is added after the rental rate and service fees.

All towels/linens must be accounted for or the guest will be responsible for replacement costs.

The reservation/security deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure providing there is no smoking, no pets, no damage or no theft and guests have adhered to themaximium occupancy limits. Please note all policies and conditions as outlined in the rental policies on this web site. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by personal check,cashier's check, money order or Master Card, Visa or Discover credit card. Reservations made on short notice require a cashier's check, money order or credit card payment for the rental.

Cancellation policy: A $100 cancellation fee and the $60 non-refundable processing fee plus 12% FL tax will be required on all canceled reservations. The reservation/security deposit (minus the cancellation fee, processing fee, and FL tax) is refunded when proper notice has been given via phone or in writing and it has been acknowledged by Mara Lee Vacation Rentals. Daily and weekly reservations must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival and monthly reservations must be canceled 90 days prior to arrival or the full amount of the reservation/security deposit is forfeited. Please note: If the reservation is not canceled within these time limits, then you will incur not only the cancellation fee, non-refundable processing fee and FL tax, but, will also forfeit the reservation/security deposit.

No refund of rent for late arrival or early departure.

Weekly rentals required for Spring Break and Summer season. Off season requires a 4 night minimum stay.
