Mara Lee Vacation Rentals Destin Florida

We are family oriented and will not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under age 25) . A reservation/security deposit of $200-$250 for condos, $350 for homes, or $500 for luxury vacation rentals is due upon booking a reservation. In addition to the rental rate, an exit cleaning fee and $50 processing fee are added to the invoice. The exit cleaning fees are: $75/$85 condo cleaning fee, $85 home cleaning fee, and $115/$135 luxury rental cleaning fee. Monthly snowbird housekeeping services/fee required. Florida 11% tax is added after the rental rate and service fees.

Reservation/security deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure providing there is no smoking, no pets, no damage or  no theft and all policies and conditions are followed as outlined in the rental policies on this web site. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by personal check. Reservations made on short notice require a bank's cashier's check for reservation/security deposit and rental payment. We do not accept credit cards.

Cancellation policy: A $100 cancellation fee plus 11% FL tax and the $50 non-refundable processing fee plus 11% FL tax will be required on all canceled reservations. The reservation/security deposit (minus the cancellation fee, processing fee, and FL tax) is refunded when proper notice has been given via phone or in writing and it has been acknowledged by Mara Lee Vacation Rentals. Daily and weekly reservations must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival and monthly reservations must be canceled 90 days prior to arrival or the full amount of the reservation/security deposit is forfeited. Please note: If the reservation is not canceled within these time limits, then you will incur not only the cancellation fee, non-refundable processing fee and FL tax, but, will also forfeit the reservation/security deposit.

No refund of rent for late arrival or early departure.

Weekly rentals required for Spring Break and Summer season. Off season requires a 4 night minimum stay.
