Maravilla is a 33.7 Acre community of prime Destin gulf front property on Scenic Highway 98. There is 2.5 acre deeded Gulf front park, your own private beach access, two luxurious swimming pools, Jacuzzi, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse with exercise room. Maravilla is convenient to Destin's Deep Sea fishing fleet, world class restaurants, water sports, theme parks, championship golf courses and shopping galore!

Reservation Policy: We are family oriented and will not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under age 25). A reservation/security deposit of $200 is required and due upon booking a reservation via personal check, bank cashier's check or money order. The deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure of rental property providing there is no smoking, no pets, no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed. In addition to the rate, there is a $60 processing fee and a $110 exit cleaning fee. FL tax is 12%. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by: personal check, bank cashier's check, money order, Master Card, Visa, Discover credit card. Reservations made on short notice require a bank cashier's check or money order for the deposit. We do accept a bank cashier's check, money order, Master Card, Visa, Discover credit card for short notice rentals. Cancellation policy: A $100 cancellation fee, $60 non-refundable processing fee and 12% FL tax will be required on all canceled reservations. The reservation/security deposit (minus the cancellation fee, processing fee, and FL tax) is refunded when proper notice has been given via phone or in writing and it has been acknowledged by Mara Lee Vacation Rentals. Daily and weekly reservations must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival and monthly reservations must be canceled 90 days prior to arrival or the full amount of the reservation/security deposit is forfeited. Please note: If the reservation is not canceled within these time limits, then you will incur not only the cancellation fee, non-refundable processing fee and FL tax, but, will also forfeit the reservation/security deposit.

Strict no smoking and no pets policy. No refund of rent for late arrival or early departure.

Weekly rentals required for Spring Break and Summer season. Off season requires a 4 night minimum stay.
